Who we are

This website is run by ProtoByte Apps Ltd, the company behind DOT (Done On Time). We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about anything on this page at [email protected].

Book a Demo requests

When you book a demo we receive your name, company, work email, phone number, portfolio size and any notes you add. We use them only to arrange and run your demonstration and to follow up on it. Our lawful basis is your request (steps taken at your request before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

The request is emailed to our team through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), our email provider, and a short record is kept in our server logs. We keep requests for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business that follows, and delete them when they are no longer needed. We don't sell your details or add you to marketing lists.

Analytics cookies

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to understand how people find and use this site, such as which pages are visited and whether a demo was requested. Nothing from Google loads until you click Accept, IP addresses are anonymised, and advertising features are switched off. Google may process this data outside the UK under its standard safeguards.

We also store your Accept or Decline choice in your browser (dot-analytics-consent), so we don't ask again on every page. It isn't sent to us or anyone else. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
